Michelle was born and raised in the beautiful Cowichan Valley. She graduated from Frances Kelsey in 2009 and attended the College of New Concordia in Prince George where she took science based courses. She returned to the Cowichan Valley and continued her studies at VIU in Nanaimo. In 2012 she enrolled in a Vetrinary Assistant Program and obtained her diploma. Michelle has been steadily employed in the service industry since 2010. She enjoys the challenges and rewards of working with the public and is excited to apply her skills to the Real Estate industry.

Michelle's introduction to real estate started very early in her life, at a time when her grandfather, Gordon Grier, was the owner of Duncan Realty. Her mom, Elizabeth Biberger, continued as a second generation Realtor and regularly had Michelle and her brother in tow as she balanced her family and professional life.  Now the third generation, Michelle, is excited to join her mom, Elizabeth Biberger as part of a very dynamic and successful team and understands the committment and high level of service expected as one of the team members. Michelles interests include animals, reading and cooking. Her special companion is her cat Binx, whom she adopted from the SPCA in 2015. She anticipates adding many more four legged companions in the next few years.
